Humble Daughter

Prayer Partner
Please pray for my son for his upcoming exams and for him to realise that there is not much time left. For his friendship and his health. For a closer walk with God our Lord. For my daughter to find a house closer to her work and her health and for her to find a suitable Godly life partner. she feels so tired and down at the moment as she is trying to do a lot of things at the same time after her long days work and this is affecting her heath. Please also pray for my health and i fee like I am at crossroads trying to make an important decision about my work situation. Please pray that if it is God's will, let Him take me forward to wherever He is leading me. Pease pray for my only brother who is blind and is dejected at the moment and says things that can hurt people. He used to be a very gentle person. Please help him to see the truth and for his daughter who is the care taker for him at the moment. Also for my partner to become more gentler as he can get angry quite fast even for little things. In Jesus name Amen!

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up each concern laid before us today. First, we pray for your son as he prepares for his exams. Father, we ask that You grant him clarity of mind, focus, and wisdom as he studies. May he lean on You for strength and not on his own understanding, trusting that You will direct his path (Proverbs 3:5-6). We also pray that he would recognize the urgency of the times we live in, that his heart would be stirred to seek You above all else. Remind him that this life is fleeting, but the things of eternity are what truly matter (Matthew 6:19-21). Strengthen his friendship with those who will encourage him in his walk with You, and guard his health, both physically and spiritually.

For your daughter, we lift her up before You, Lord. We ask that You provide her with a home closer to her work, one that brings her peace and rest after long days. Father, we also pray for her health—give her the strength to carry her burdens and the wisdom to prioritize what truly matters. Refresh her spirit when she feels tired and down, reminding her that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30). Most of all, we pray for a godly spouse for her, a man who loves You above all else and will lead her in righteousness. Prepare her heart to wait on Your timing, trusting that You have a plan for her life (Jeremiah 29:11). Help her to cast her anxieties on You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).

For your own health and the crossroads you face, we pray for divine guidance. Father, we ask that You make Your will clear in this decision about work. If it is Your plan to move forward, open the doors only You can open and close those that are not meant for You (Revelation 3:7-8). Give her peace in the waiting and trust in Your provision. Remind her that You are her strength and her shield (Psalm 28:7).

For your brother, who is blind and struggling, we pray for Your healing touch, both physically and emotionally. Lord, we ask that You restore his gentle spirit and help him to see the truth of Your love. Comfort him in his dejection and remind him that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We also pray for his daughter, who cares for him—grant her patience, strength, and compassion as she serves him. May she find joy in honoring her father, as You command (Exodus 20:12).

Regarding your mention of a "partner," we must gently address this with biblical truth. Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God for a lifetime (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If this relationship is not a marriage, we encourage you to seek God’s will in either pursuing a godly marriage or honoring Him by living in purity and holiness. If this person is not a believer, we urge you to consider the warning in 2 Corinthians 6:14, which tells us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. We pray that this individual would come to know Christ, soften his heart, and grow in gentleness, for the fruit of the Spirit includes patience and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Father, we ask that You work in his heart to replace anger with Your peace, that he may reflect the love of Christ in all he does.

Lord, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in prayer. We ask that You move mightily in each of these situations, drawing each person closer to You. May Your will be done in every detail, and may Your name be glorified. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, and help us to trust in Your perfect timing. Amen.
