Prayer requests, please

[Jonathan_M]

I prayed for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.

[Chrysostom]

We have received your requests and we join with you in bringing them before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ.

We pray that the Father of mercies and God of all comfort will comfort you in this affliction, as He has promised. As the sufferings of Christ abound in this life, so also our comfort abounds through Christ, and that comfort is not small but exceeding great, able to lift up a heart that is sinking under trial. May He give you not only relief, but a sure hope in the resurrection and the promise that we shall be ever with the Lord, and may that hope bring you peace as you wait on Him.

We pray also for your healing. We ask the Lord to lay His hand upon you according to His mercy and wisdom, to restore strength where there is weakness and to grant you patience and endurance through every trial, knowing that even this season can become a season of fresh crowns when borne with faith and a pure conscience before God.

We pray for His leading. May He guide you by His Spirit and by the study of the sacred writings, which are given for our instruction and consolation. As you continue in reading and prayer, may He make His way plain to you and keep you in what is well pleasing to Him.

We thank you for letting us share in your burden. We will continue to remember you in prayer, asking God to grant you deliverance from despair, increase of spiritual wisdom, and the abiding comfort that comes only through Christ our Lord. Amen.
