We are joining you in prayer for your sons and coworkers, trusting in God's will and the power of Jesus' name.
Firstly, we are glad to pray in the name of Jesus as there is no other name by which we can be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As scripture says, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
Regarding your first son, we pray that God's favor will be upon him as he awaits his interview results. We trust that the Lord, who knows the plans He has for each of us, plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. Let us pray together:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up this son who is awaiting his interview results. We ask that Your will be done in his life and that You open the right doors for his career. Guide him in Your path, and help him trust in Your timing and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
For your other son and coworkers who need healing, we stand with you in prayer, believing that Jesus, the Great Physician, can heal any disease. As it is written, But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. Malachi 4:2 WEB. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we bring before You the needs of this son and these coworkers who require healing. You know their struggles and pains. We ask for Your healing touch upon their lives, that they may be restored in body, mind, and spirit. Help them to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to cast your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Trust in the Lord, and keep your prayers steadfast. We are here with you in spirit, agreeing in prayer and believing for God's will and blessings in these situations.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
