Prayer Request

Please pray for my brother, Howard. He has severe depression because he thinks he is a failure. He ascribes his failure to God, so he blasphemes and mocks God often. He has been unemployed for three years now, but he still has no plan to get a job. It is very difficult for us to continue supporting him. Please pray for God to change him.

Heavenly Father, I pray that Howard will come to repentance and be healed and delivered. I pray for conviction to flow into his life and that he will come to that place of brokenness and contrition and ask for forgivenss of all his sins. I pray that he will be lead to that place of repentance where he will believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and receive him as his Lord and Savior (Jn. 1:12). I pray that Howard will be delivered from the power of darkness that has him enslaved and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit (1 Pet. 2:29; Col. 1:10-14). I pray that he will make the best of every opportunity given to him. I pray that for all his physical and spiritual needs to be meet through Christ our Lord, amen

Dear God, may you change Howard's outlook upon You. Dissipate all of the dragon's power over him, so that he will not scour You and Your Name. Let Howard know You have a direction for him, and that he needs only to trust in You.
