We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before Him. We are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your constant presence and for the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We pray that You would indeed stay always with this family, surrounding them with Your angels and keeping them safe from all harm. Protect them from sickness and disease, and restore health to those who are unwell. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your Word that says, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2).
Lord, we lift up this precious daughter to You. We ask that You would bless her mind with clarity, focus, and wisdom as she studies. May she retain what she learns and apply it with understanding, for wisdom is the principal thing, and in all our getting, we should get understanding (Proverbs 4:7). We also pray for her dance—may she grow in skill, discipline, and joy as she uses the talents You have given her. Let her glorify You in all that she does, for whatever we do, we should do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men (Colossians 3:23).
Father, we pray for provision and opportunity in this family’s life. We ask that You would open doors for a good job, one that provides not only financially but also allows this parent to be present with their family. You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19), and we trust in Your faithfulness. Guide them to the right place, the right home, and the right community where they can thrive and serve You.
We also want to gently encourage this family to seek Your will in all things, trusting that Your plans are for their welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). If there are any areas in their lives that do not align with Your Word, we pray that You would reveal them and give them the strength to walk in obedience. Let their home be built on the foundation of Christ, a place of love, peace, and godly order.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in their hearts. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand against any attacks of the enemy and declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17).
Heavenly Father, we pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus. We ask that You would move mightily in their lives, drawing them closer to You and to one another. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding and Your joy that is their strength. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
