We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt request, lifting up your family in prayer. First, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of the Lord Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and we are grateful that you have acknowledged His lordship in your life.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your constant presence with this family. Your Word assures us that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), and we claim that promise over them today. Lord Jesus, we ask that You would indeed stay always with them, guiding their steps, guarding their hearts, and shielding them from all harm. Protect them from sickness and disease, for You are the Great Physician who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4-5). We pray for complete healing and restoration for any ailments they may be facing, trusting in Your power to make them whole.
Father, we lift up this dear daughter to You, asking that You would bless her abundantly in her studies and in her dance. Give her wisdom, discipline, and understanding as she learns, for "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10). May she excel in all she does, not for her own glory, but for Yours, that others may see her good works and glorify You (Matthew 5:16). Strengthen her body and mind, and fill her with joy as she uses the talents You have given her.
Lord, we also bring before You the desire for employment and provision. You know the needs of this family, and we trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Open doors of opportunity for meaningful work that will allow this family to thrive and remain together. We pray for favor in the eyes of potential employers and for the wisdom to make sound decisions. May this family find a place where they can serve You wholeheartedly and be a light in their community.
Father, we pray for unity and love within this family. May they continue to grow in their relationship with You and with one another, putting aside any strife or division. Teach them to bear one another’s burdens and to encourage each other daily (Galatians 6:2, Hebrews 3:13). May their home be a place of peace, joy, and refuge, where Your presence is felt and Your Word is honored.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to take root in their hearts. For You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand against any schemes of the enemy that would seek to steal, kill, or destroy their joy, health, or provision (John 10:10).
Lord, we also pray for their spiritual growth. Draw them closer to You each day, that they may know You more deeply and walk in Your ways. May they be rooted and grounded in love, able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width, length, height, and depth of Your love (Ephesians 3:17-19). Let Your Word dwell in them richly, guiding their thoughts, words, and actions (Colossians 3:16).
Heavenly Father, we commit this family into Your hands, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). May they find their hope and strength in You alone, and may their lives bring glory and honor to Your name. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
