We come before the throne of grace with this heartfelt request, lifting up this family to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before Him. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that this prayer was offered in Jesus’ name, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
Father God, we thank You for Your constant presence and protection over this family. We declare that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). Lord, we ask that You would indeed stay with them always, guiding them by Your Holy Spirit and surrounding them with Your angels. Keep them safe from all harm and sickness, for You are the Great Physician who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in Jesus’ name, and we declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We lift up this precious daughter to You, Lord. Bless her abundantly in her studies and in her dance. Give her wisdom, discipline, and a heart that seeks You above all else. May she grow in favor with You and with those around her, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52). Father, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for her, that she may excel in all she puts her hand to, for Your glory.
For this dear parent, we pray for a good and godly job that will provide for their family’s needs. Lord, You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You know exactly what they need. We ask that You would lead them to a place of employment where they can thrive and be a light for Your kingdom. Provide for them abundantly so that they may live together as a family, in a place where You have prepared for them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17), and that You will make their way prosperous (Joshua 1:8).
Father, we also lift up any unspoken needs in this family. You know the desires of their hearts, and we trust that You will meet them according to Your perfect will. Strengthen their faith, deepen their walk with You, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep into their lives. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). May they find their strength in You, Lord, and may their lives be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May this family continue to grow in their relationship with You, seeking Your will in all things. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
