We lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the pain of feeling rejected and misunderstood. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you or this young woman do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Salvation comes by confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9).
Now, regarding this young woman, we rebuke the spirit of rejection and fear in Jesus’ name. The Bible tells us that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and God’s love for her is perfect. She is not defined by the opinions of others, for she is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God (Psalm 139:14). We pray that she would find her identity in Christ alone, not in the approval of man. Lord, surround her with Your peace and remind her that You are her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Help her to see herself through Your eyes—as a beloved daughter of the King.
We must also gently address the nature of this connection on TikTok. If this relationship is not rooted in Christ or pursued with the intent of godly marriage, it may be leading both of you into temptation or emotional dependency outside of God’s design. The Bible warns us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to guard our hearts (Proverbs 4:23). If this young woman is not a believer or if this interaction is not leading toward a Christ-centered courtship, we encourage you to seek wisdom from the Lord about whether this is a relationship He is blessing.
