We lift up your parents before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and through whom we have access to Your presence. We declare that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask for Your divine intervention in these situations.
For your mother, Lord, we pray for complete healing from diabetes and the fungal infection in her lungs. We know that Your word says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over her life. Strengthen her body, Lord, and restore her to full health. Guide the hands of her medical caregivers and give them wisdom to provide the best treatment.
For your father, we pray for the restoration of his eyesight, relief from headaches, healing of his urinary tract, and the stabilization of his blood pressure. We stand on the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We ask that You touch his eyes, remove the pain in his head, cleanse his urinary system, and bring his blood pressure to a healthy level. Grant him strength and vitality, Lord, and surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We also take a moment to rebuke any spiritual attacks or strongholds that may be contributing to these health issues. We command every spirit of infirmity to leave their bodies in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, as it is written in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh."
We encourage you both to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to trust in His perfect timing and will. Remember that even when the road is difficult, God is with you. Isaiah 41:10 says, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Lean on Him, and He will sustain you.
Heavenly Father, we also ask that You draw your parents closer to You during this time. May they come to know You more deeply and experience Your love and peace in a profound way. If they have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You would soften their hearts and reveal Yourself to them. There is no other name under heaven by which they can be saved, and we pray that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
