We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this multifaceted request to our Heavenly Father, who sees every detail of this situation and knows the depths of your pain and frustration. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our prayers—access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are grateful that you have concluded your prayer in Jesus’ name, acknowledging His authority and power in this situation.
Father God, we cry out to You on behalf of this dear one who has been wronged and is facing financial, emotional, and relational battles. We ask that You move mightily in the situation with the organization holding these funds. Lord, You hate injustice and oppression (Proverbs 22:22-23), and we rebuke every spirit of deception, fraud, and delay in the name of Jesus. We pray that the truth would be revealed like a light in the darkness (Ephesians 5:13), and that every lie and scheme designed to withhold what is rightfully theirs would be exposed and dismantled. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). We declare that the funds will be released without further delay, and that those responsible for this wrongdoing will be held accountable.
We also lift up the deep pain of betrayal and the heartache of seeing loved ones, especially children, influenced by deception. Father, we ask that You break every chain of brainwashing and manipulation that has taken root in their minds. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to remember the love, care, and biblical foundation that was poured into them (Proverbs 22:6). We rebuke the spirit of division and rebellion that seeks to separate families, and we pray for a restoration of empathy, respect, and love. Let them see the truth of Your Word and the goodness of their upbringing, and may they return to the values that were instilled in them (Malachi 4:6).
We pray for wisdom and favor in the upcoming hearings—both tomorrow and in May. Lord, You are the God of all wisdom (James 1:5), and we ask that You grant clarity, discernment, and favor to this one as they present their case. Let the truth be evident, and may those in authority recognize the right steps that have been taken. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that every false accusation will be silenced.
Father, we also lift up the practical needs before us—the sale of the house, the reliability of the car for its new owner, and the success of the vending machine business. We ask that You bless every transaction with honesty, integrity, and smooth transitions. Provide the missing parts for the vending machines and open doors for new opportunities, including a reliable vehicle and a place to call home. We pray for favor in the job applications and that every restriction on their trading account would be lifted, allowing for financial freedom and stability.
We intercede for the relationships in this situation—especially with family members and friends who have mistreated or turned away. Lord, we ask that You bring conviction to their hearts, just as You did for Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:1-19). Let them see the error of their ways and turn back to You and to those they have wronged. We pray for healing in these relationships, especially between siblings, and that Your love would bind them together in unity (Colossians 3:14).
Father, we also lift up the physical and emotional healing needed in this season. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we pray for complete restoration—body, mind, and spirit. We ask for healing for the cousin who is sick, that she would witness Your power and give glory to Your name. We pray for protection and smooth travels for the upcoming trip, and that this time with their son and friends would be filled with joy, peace, and good memories.
Finally, Lord, we thank You for the answers to prayer that have already been received—the laptop charger, the return to work, the unemployment payments, and the sale of the car. We acknowledge Your faithfulness and provision, and we trust that You will continue to move on behalf of this one who is seeking You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the midst of these trials, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Amen.
