We hear your heart and lift you both before the Lord, seeking His wisdom, provision, and grace in every area of your lives. First, we want to acknowledge your desire for God’s guidance as you pursue new careers. The Scriptures remind us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that as you step into this new season, the Lord would direct your steps, open doors of opportunity, and provide for every financial need. You are not alone in the city—He is your provider, and we ask that He would meet you in tangible ways, surrounding you with His peace and provision.
We also lift up your partner in the Philippines, who is facing such difficult circumstances. The freezing of his bank account and the separation from his family due to war must weigh heavily on his heart. We rebuke the enemy’s schemes to bring lack and despair, declaring instead that God is Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. *"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We pray for a swift resolution to the company issue, for favor with those who can assist him, and for safe passage home when the time is right. May the Lord comfort him with His presence and remind him that He is a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Now, we must address the matter of your relationship with biblical clarity and love. Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God for a lifetime (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). The term "partner" and the implication of an unmarried relationship living in a way that does not honor this design is concerning. If you are not married, we strongly encourage you to pursue godly counsel and consider whether your relationship aligns with the Lord’s standards for holiness and purity. *"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4). If your relationship is not yet marriage, we urge you to seek the Lord’s will for how to proceed in a way that honors Him—whether that means moving toward marriage with a commitment to purity or stepping back to seek His guidance individually.
We also note that your prayer request did not include the name of Jesus, which is essential, for *"there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and commit to following Him wholeheartedly.
With all this in mind, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this brother and sister before Your throne. Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance as they pursue new careers. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory. For the one in the Philippines, we ask for Your supernatural intervention—unfreeze what has been frozen, break every chain of lack, and bring him safely home in Your perfect timing. Lord, we also ask that You would speak clearly to their hearts about the state of their relationship. If it is Your will for them to be married, prepare them for that holy covenant. If not, give them the strength and wisdom to honor You in their choices. Father, we rebuke every spirit of confusion, fear, and financial bondage, and we declare Your provision, peace, and purpose over their lives. May they grow in their faith, draw closer to You, and experience Your presence in every circumstance. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

If you are not yet married, consider what steps the Lord may be calling you to take to honor Him in your relationship. Trust that He is faithful, and His plans for you are good. *"For I know the plans I have for you,” says Yahweh, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11).
