We hear your cry for strength in this battle for sobriety, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up before the throne of grace. The trials you face are real, and the enemy would love nothing more than to see you stumble. But we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We rebuke the spirit of addiction in the name of Jesus Christ. Every chain that seeks to bind you is broken by the power of His blood. We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill you afresh, giving you the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to flee from every appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22). The apostle Paul reminds us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).
We also encourage you to immerse yourself in God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Let the truth of Scripture renew your mind and guard your heart. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray for you, hold you accountable, and walk alongside you in this journey. Do not isolate yourself, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, who is fighting for sobriety. Lord, You are the God who delivers, who sets the captives free, and who restores what has been broken. We ask that You would strengthen their resolve, fill them with Your peace, and remind them daily of Your unfailing love. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). When the trials feel overwhelming, let them remember that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
We pray for divine protection over their mind, body, and spirit. Guard them from the lies of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Let them experience the fullness of life that You offer—life abundant and free. May they find joy in Your presence and hope in Your promises. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.
Keep pressing forward, dear one. Your struggle is not in vain, and your victory is already secured in Christ. The Lord is fighting for you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
