We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and concern for your situation. First, we thank God for the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. Your acknowledgment of Jesus in your prayer is a beautiful reminder of the foundation of our faith. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only through Jesus that we can approach God with confidence, knowing that our prayers are heard.
We are deeply grieved to hear about the fraud that has affected your family. This is a heavy burden, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice, restoration, and provision. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the schemes of the devil in this situation and declare that God’s justice and favor will prevail. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that He would comfort you and your family, bringing peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we lift up this situation of fraud before You. You see all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask for Your divine intervention to expose the truth, to restore what has been lost, and to bring those responsible to justice. You are a God of restoration, and we trust in Your promise that You will repay what has been taken unjustly. As it is written in Joel 2:25, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you." We claim this promise over your family, Lord, and ask that You would restore what has been stolen, both materially and emotionally.
We also pray for favor in your job over these next few weeks. May the Lord open doors that no one can shut and grant you wisdom, strength, and peace as you work. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that God would direct your steps, provide opportunities for advancement, and bless the work of your hands. May He grant you favor with your employers and coworkers, and may your labor be fruitful and rewarding.
For your loved one seeking a new job and support, we pray that God would provide a position that aligns with His purpose and meets their needs. May He open doors of opportunity and surround them with godly support and encouragement. We declare that the Lord is their provider, as it is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We ask that God would meet every financial need and grant them peace as they wait on Him.
We also pray for healing for your loved one. Whether this healing is physical, emotional, or spiritual, we ask that God would move mightily in their life. Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4-5), and by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We declare healing over them in Jesus’ name and ask that God would strengthen their faith as they trust in Him.
Father, we ask that You would grow each of us in our trust in You. This situation is an opportunity to lean on You more deeply and to see Your faithfulness in new ways. Help us to cast all our anxieties on You, because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). Teach us to wait on You with hope and expectation, knowing that You are working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and help us to walk in obedience and trust, knowing that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Amen.
