We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before God. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and so we approach God with reverence, humility, and confidence in Christ alone.
Father God, we thank You for Your constant presence and protection over this family. We declare Your promise from Deuteronomy 31:8, "He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you," and we claim that truth over their lives. Lord, we ask that You indeed stay always with them, guiding their steps, guarding their hearts, and shielding them from all harm. Keep them safe in body, mind, and spirit, and let Your healing power flow through them so that they may recover fully from any illness or weakness.
We lift up this precious daughter to You, Lord. You have given her talents in both academics and dance, and we ask that You bless her efforts abundantly. May she grow in wisdom, discipline, and favor before You and others, as Jesus did in Luke 2:52. Strengthen her focus, grant her perseverance, and fill her with joy as she uses the gifts You’ve entrusted to her for Your glory. Let her studies and dance be a testament to Your grace and excellence.
Father, we also bring before You the desire for employment and provision. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and lead this family to a place where they can thrive together, under Your care and blessing. May the work of their hands be fruitful, and may they find contentment and security in Your provision.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in their hearts. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand against any delays, obstacles, or attacks from the enemy, and we command them to be broken in Jesus’ name.
We also lift up any unspoken needs or burdens this family may be carrying. You know the desires of their hearts even before they speak them, Lord (Psalm 139:4), and we trust You to meet them according to Your perfect will. Draw them closer to You, deepen their faith, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Heavenly Father, we pray all these things with grateful hearts, knowing that You hear us and that You are faithful to answer. May this family walk in Your ways, grow in Your love, and bring glory to Your name in all they do. We ask for Your continued blessings, protection, and guidance over their lives, and we commit them into Your hands, trusting that You will do exceedingly abundantly above all they could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
