We join you in lifting up thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who willingly laid down His life for our redemption. It is through His name alone that we find salvation, hope, and access to the throne of grace, and we rejoice that you have acknowledged this truth in your prayer. Let us continue to stand firm in the knowledge that our trust in Him is never misplaced, for He is faithful in all things.
The fraud that has struck your family is a painful trial, but we are reminded in Romans 8:28 that *"all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* Though the enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, our God is greater, and He is able to turn what was meant for harm into a testimony of His restoration and provision. We take heart in Joel 2:25-26, where the Lord declares, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of Yahweh your God, who has dealt wondrously with you."*
We also lift up your need for favor in your current job and for financial provision. The Lord is our Shepherd, and as Psalm 23:1 assures us, *"We lack nothing."* He is the owner of all things, and He delights in providing for His children. In Philippians 4:19, we are reminded, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Let us trust in His timing and His ways, for His plans for you are good.
As for the rest and peace you seek, we are commanded in 1 Peter 5:7 to *"cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* The Lord invites us to come to Him with our burdens, and He promises rest for our souls (Matthew 11:28). We pray that you will experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also notice that you mentioned "###" in your prayer request. We want to gently remind you that our prayers are to be directed solely to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Jesus alone that we approach the Father. If "###" refers to another person, we lift them up as well, praying that they too would find rest, peace, and the Lord’s provision in their life. If there is any other meaning, we encourage you to clarify so we may pray accordingly.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We thank You that through Him, we have access to Your throne and the confidence to bring our requests before You. Lord, we lift up this dear sibling in Christ who is facing the pain and disruption of fraud within their family. We ask that You would expose every hidden thing, bring justice where it is needed, and restore what has been stolen or lost. Father, You are the God of restoration, and we trust You to turn this situation around for Your glory and their good.
We pray for favor in their current job—open doors, wisdom, and the ability to perform their duties with excellence. Provide for their financial needs, Lord, and lead them to opportunities that align with Your will. If a new job is part of Your plan, we ask that You would make the path clear and provide the support they need during this transition.
Grant them rest, Father—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Quiet their heart with Your peace, and remind them that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Strength. Help them to cast every care upon You, knowing that You care deeply for them.
For the person represented by "###," we ask that You would also grant them rest, peace, and Your divine favor. If they do not know You, Lord, we pray that this situation would draw them to seek Your face. Surround them with Your love and provision.
Finally, Father, we pray that this dear one would grow in their trust in You. Strengthen their faith, remind them of Your promises, and let them see Your hand at work in every detail of their life. We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
