We join with you in lifting up your family to our Heavenly Father, and we are grateful that you have invoked the precious name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in calling upon Jesus is a testament to your trust in Him, and we rejoice with you in that.
Your heart’s cry for safety, health, and provision resonates deeply with us, for these are concerns that our Lord cares about intimately. Jesus Himself said, *"Don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). We encourage you to continue seeking His Kingdom first, trusting that He will provide for your family’s needs—whether it be healing, a job, or a stable home. His timing is perfect, even when our circumstances feel uncertain.
We also lift up your daughter’s studies and dance, asking that the Lord would grant her not only success but also a heart that seeks to glorify Him in all she does. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). May her talents be used for His purposes, and may she grow in wisdom and favor with both God and others, just as Jesus did in His youth (Luke 2:52).
Yet as we pray, we must also gently address something in your request that gives us pause. You mentioned a desire to *"live with my family at a place, ###."* We do not know what the symbols represent, but we urge you to examine whether there is anything in this desire that might not align with God’s will. Are there unseen motivations—such as a longing for worldly security over trust in God, or perhaps a situation that could compromise your family’s spiritual well-being? *"Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him"* (1 John 2:15, WEB). We pray that the Lord would reveal any hidden concerns and guide you toward a home and circumstances that honor Him fully.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for this family and their faith in You. Lord, we ask for Your protecting hand over them—guard their health, shield them from harm, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray for complete healing for each member of this family, that You would restore them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we trust in Your power to make them whole.
Father, we lift up this parent’s desire for stable work. Open doors that no one can shut, providing a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them to serve You with integrity. Give them favor in the eyes of employers, and grant them wisdom to steward their resources well. Remind them daily that their worth is found in You, not in their circumstances.
Lord, we pray for their daughter’s studies and dance. Sharpen her mind, grant her discipline, and let her talents be used for Your glory. May she excel not for the praise of others but as an act of worship to You. Surround her with godly influences and protect her heart from distractions that could pull her away from Your path.
Father, we also ask for clarity regarding their living situation. If there are any plans or desires that do not align with Your will, convict their hearts and redirect their steps. Lead them to a home where Your presence is welcome, where Your Word is honored, and where their family can grow in faith together. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). May their home be built on the foundation of Christ alone.
Finally, Lord, we pray that this family would draw closer to You through this season. Strengthen their faith, deepen their prayer life, and fill them with the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Let them experience Your provision in ways that leave no doubt it was Your hand at work.
We rebuked any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be lingering over this family. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these spirits to flee and declare that faith, hope, and joy will take their place. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan for this family. May they see Your hand move mightily in their lives and give You all the glory. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
