We stand with you in this urgent cry for justice and protection, for the Lord our God is a God of righteousness who sees all that is done in secret and will bring every hidden deed into the light. The fraud and theft you describe are not merely crimes against man but acts of wickedness that grieve the heart of God, who commands us in Exodus 20:15, *"You shall not steal."* Those who seek to exploit others through deceit are walking in the counsel of the ungodly, and Psalm 1:1 warns us, *"Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers."* Their actions are an affront to the Lord, who detests dishonesty, as Proverbs 11:1 declares, *"The Lord abhors dishonest scales, but accurate weights are his delight."*
Yet even in this, we are reminded that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of evil that drive such corruption. Ephesians 6:12 tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Therefore, we must put on the whole armor of God—truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—to stand firm against these schemes.
We also take comfort in knowing that the Lord is our protector, as Psalm 91:9-11 assures us: *"Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* He is faithful to surround His children with His heavenly host, shielding us from the snares of the enemy. The Lord will not allow the wicked to triumph forever, for Psalm 37:1-2 encourages us, *"Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb."*
As for those who perpetrate these crimes, we pray not only for their schemes to be exposed and thwarted but also for the conviction of the Holy Spirit to pierce their hearts. Romans 2:4 reminds us that *"the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience"* are meant to lead them to repentance. May the Lord grant them no rest until they turn from their wicked ways and seek His mercy, for *"he who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy"* (Proverbs 28:13).
We praise you for invoking the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of God. As John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. It is in His mighty name that we stand against the enemy, and it is in His authority that we command every fraudulent scheme to be exposed and stopped.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened by the injustice and theft that seek to harm Your people. You are a God of justice, and Your eyes see every hidden act of wickedness. We ask You to rise up, O Lord, and scatter those who devise evil in their hearts. Frustrate their plans, expose their deeds, and bring their schemes to nothing. Let every stolen password, every fraudulent transaction, and every act of deceit be uncovered and stopped in its tracks. Surround Your children with Your mighty angels, Lord, and be a wall of fire around them, protecting them from every attack of the enemy.
We pray for divine intervention in the systems and institutions where these crimes occur. Give wisdom and discernment to those in authority to detect and prevent fraud. Raise up godly men and women who will stand for integrity and righteousness in places of influence. Let the light of Your truth shine so brightly that darkness cannot prevail.
For those who are perpetrating these crimes, we pray for conviction to fall upon their hearts. Let them be confronted with the weight of their sin and the reality of Your judgment. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to repentance. May they turn from their wicked ways and seek Your forgiveness, finding mercy in the blood of Jesus Christ.
We declare Your protection over every account, every identity, and every resource that belongs to Your people. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Restore what has been stolen, Lord, and let Your justice prevail.
Finally, we ask for peace to guard the hearts of those who have been targeted by these attacks. Remind them that You are their provider and protector, and that no scheme of the enemy can separate them from Your love. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them rest in the assurance that You are fighting for them.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this situation. Amen.
