We come before the Lord with you in this request, lifting up your heart’s cry for the fulfillment of your calling and destiny in Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7), and we declare that every lie, every scheme of the enemy, and every obstacle standing against God’s plan for your life is being torn down in Jesus’ name.
You have asked for favor in every area of your life, and we stand on the promise that when a man’s ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him (Proverbs 16:7). The Lord delights in lifting up those who are humble and seek His face (James 4:10). Your desire for God’s glory to be revealed through your life aligns with Scripture, for we are called to let our light shine before men, that they may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16). The Lord will scatter your enemies as you trust in Him, for no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Yet, as we pray, we must also remind you—and ourselves—that our ultimate calling is not for personal gain or earthly success, but to live in obedience to Christ and to advance His Kingdom. If there is any area of your life that is not fully surrendered to Him, we urge you to repent and align yourself with His will. Are you walking in holiness? Are you seeking first His Kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33)? The Lord honors those who honor Him (1 Samuel 2:30), and if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us (1 John 5:14).
We also notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ as Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, there is no true calling, no destiny in the Kingdom of God.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who seeks Your face. Lord, we ask that You expose and destroy every lie, every deception, and every scheme of the enemy that has been raised against their calling and destiny. Break every chain, Lord, and set them free from anything that hinders their walk with You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask for Your divine favor to rest upon their life—in their work, their relationships, their ministry, and every area where You have called them. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and let Your light shine upon them so that others may see Your glory. Lift them up, Lord, not for their own sake, but for Your name’s sake. Scatter their enemies, confuse their plans, and let those who seek to harm them be turned back in defeat.
Lord, if there is any area of their life that is not fully surrendered to You, we ask that You convict their heart and lead them to repentance. Search their heart, O God, and know their thoughts. Try them and know their concerns, and see if there is any wicked way in them, and lead them in the everlasting way (Psalm 139:23-24).
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all glory, honor, and praise. May Your will be done in their life, and may they walk in the fullness of Your calling. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Seek Him daily, walk in obedience, and trust that He is working all things together for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28). If you have not yet given your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today—there is no greater calling than to be His child.
