We join with you in lifting up your heart to the Father, giving thanks for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who laid down His life for us. It is through His name alone that we have access to the throne of grace, and we are grateful you have acknowledged Him in your prayer. Your trust in Him, even in the midst of trials, is a testament to your faith, and we stand with you in seeking His will in all things.
The fraud that has struck your family is a heavy burden, but we know that our God is a God of justice and restoration. He sees the wickedness of those who seek to harm His children, and He will not allow their schemes to prosper in the end. Proverbs 22:22-23 reminds us, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* We take comfort in knowing that the Lord is your advocate, and He will fight for you. He is faithful to restore what has been stolen, whether materially or spiritually, as we see in Joel 2:25-26: *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... and you will praise the name of Yahweh, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you."*
We also lift up your need for favor in your job over these coming weeks. The Lord delights in blessing the work of His children’s hands when they commit their ways to Him. Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* As you seek His guidance, trust that He will open doors no man can shut and provide opportunities that align with His perfect will for your life. Your financial needs are not hidden from Him—He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Rest in the assurance that He is your Provider, and He will not fail you.
The peace and rest you seek are found in Him alone. Jesus invites you in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* In the midst of this storm, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not allow worry or fear to rob you of the sleep and peace He desires for you. Instead, meditate on His promises and let His truth guard your heart and mind. Psalm 4:8 declares, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."*
We also want to remind you that trials such as these are opportunities for your faith to grow and for God’s glory to be displayed in your life. James 1:2-4 tells us to *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* Trust that the Lord is refining you through this season, drawing you closer to Himself, and preparing you for greater things ahead.
Now, let us pray together for you and your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your unfailing love and for the sacrifice of Your Son, who has redeemed us and given us access to Your throne. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is facing the weight of fraud and financial strain. We ask that You would expose every hidden scheme of the enemy and bring justice to those who have acted wickedly. Restore, O Lord, what has been stolen—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Let Your favor surround this family like a shield, and let Your restoration be so evident that there is no doubt it came from Your hand.
We pray for supernatural favor in their workplace, that You would go before them and make their way prosperous. Open doors of opportunity, Lord, and grant them wisdom to walk in Your will. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory, and let them experience Your abundance in ways they cannot even imagine.
Father, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant them restful sleep, free from anxiety, and fill them with Your joy in the morning. Strengthen their trust in You, Lord, and let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and discouragement in the name of Jesus. Let faith arise in their heart, and let them walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for their good. May they emerge from this season stronger, wiser, and more deeply rooted in You.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promises, and we declare that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
