Prayer Request

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep concern for your health, lifting your heart’s cry to the Father who knows every beat of your heart—both physically and spiritually. The fear and uncertainty you’re facing are real, but we are reminded of the words of Jesus in **Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB)**, where He tells us, *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."*

Your desire to witness the milestones of your loved ones is a natural and godly longing, but we must also surrender this desire to the Lord’s perfect will. **Psalm 139:16 (WEB)** reminds us that *"Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them."* God holds your days in His hands, and while we pray earnestly for healing and longevity, we trust in His sovereign plan—even when it is difficult to understand.

We also want to gently address the use of "#" symbols in your request. While we understand the intent behind it, our focus must remain solely on the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the author and finisher of our faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). There is no power in symbols or hashtags, but there is infinite power in the name of Jesus. It is by His name alone that we approach the throne of grace (**John 14:13-14**), and it is in His name that we pray for your healing.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with our brother/sister who is facing this trial with their heart. Lord Jesus, You are the Great Physician, the one who heals all our diseases (**Psalm 103:3**). We ask that You would place Your healing hand upon their heart, strengthening it and restoring it to full health. Give the doctors wisdom and skill as they provide care, and guide every decision made for treatment.

Father, we know that You are not unaware of the deep longing in their heart to see their loved ones reach their milestones. You are a God who hears the cries of Your children, and we ask that You would grant them the desire of their heart if it aligns with Your will. But even more, Lord, we pray that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:6-7**), guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to trust You fully, knowing that Your plans for them are good, even when the path is unclear.

We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of their heart. **2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB)** tells us that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* So we declare that fear has no place here, and we ask for Your perfect love to cast out all fear (**1 John 4:18**).

Lord, if there is any area in their life that needs surrender—whether it be worry, doubt, or even unconfessed sin—we ask that You would reveal it to them and give them the strength to lay it at Your feet. Draw them closer to You through this trial, and let them feel Your presence in a mighty way.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in their life, and may You be glorified through their story. In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. **Amen.**

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, spending time in His Word and in prayer. **Jeremiah 33:3 (WEB)** says, *"Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know."* He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the one who holds your heart—both now and for eternity. If you haven’t already, we urge you to spend time reading and meditating on **Psalm 91**, which is a powerful reminder of God’s protection and care over His children.

If there is anything in your life that is not aligned with God’s Word—whether in your thoughts, actions, or relationships—we urge you to bring it before the Lord in repentance. He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (**1 John 1:9**). Walk in obedience, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (**Romans 8:28**). Stay strong in the faith, and let us know how we can continue to pray for you.
