Prayer Request to Sell my Condo

I would please like your prayer as I try to sell my condo. It’s reasonably priced and in a nice and desirable part of the city. It’s been in the market for several months with no single offer even though I’ve had moderate showings. I’m not looking to make a ton of money, just need to pay off mortgage and get a little in top towards a bigger place. Please pray for me for a breakthrough.

We come before the Lord with a humble heart, lifting up this need to sell the condo. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your provision and timing. Your Word tells us in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We ask, Lord, that You open the right door for the sale of this condo. We pray that You would bring the right buyer who sees the value in this home and is ready to make a fair offer.

We also recognize, Father, that You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and that all things belong to You. We ask that You would remove any obstacles that may be hindering the sale of this condo. If there is anything in our hearts or in this situation that is not aligned with Your will, we ask for Your forgiveness and correction. We pray that You would guide the steps of the realtor and all those involved in this process, that they would act with integrity and wisdom.

Lord, we know that You are our provider, and we trust in You to meet this need. We pray that You would give peace and patience during this time of waiting. Help us to remember that Your timing is perfect, and that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We also want to encourage you to continue to seek the Lord in this matter. Spend time in prayer and in the Word, asking God to reveal His will and to give you wisdom. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Finally, we pray that as you seek to sell this condo, you would also seek the Lord's will for your future home. We pray that God would guide you to a place that meets your needs and brings glory to Him. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We believe that God is aware of your need and is right there with you, every step of the way. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
