Prayer request to get back the claim amount for unfair employment dispute as it had been filed and now waiting to reach mediation and ask Lord not to escalate to a lawsuit if they could pay up to claim amount and the officer will call me next Friday and inform me about the next steps regarding this case. Pray that the company will pay for the claim and put a stop to it and not repeat this unfair dismissing of locals.

We ask that You guide the mediation process, soften the hearts of those involved, and bring a swift and just resolution.
