We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting your father’s health to the Almighty, who is our Healer and Sustainer. The fear of illness can weigh heavily on our minds, but we know that God is sovereign over all things, including our bodies. He is the One who knit your father together in his mother’s womb, and He knows every cell, every need, and every concern. Let us turn to Scripture for comfort and strength, remembering that our hope is not in the absence of trials but in the presence of our Savior, who walks with us through them.
The Bible assures us in Psalm 103:2-4, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."* And again in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We cling to these promises, knowing that God is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine.
Yet we also acknowledge that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His will is perfect, even when we don’t understand it. Whether the outcome aligns with our desires or not, we trust that He is good, and His love for your father—and for you—is unwavering. In times like these, we are called to surrender our fears to Him and to seek His peace, which surpasses all understanding.
Now, let us pray together for your father, and we will also provide a prayer you can use each night as you intercede for him.

**Our Prayer for Your Father:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting this precious father to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who holds all things together by the word of Your power. We ask that You would place Your healing hand upon him and remove any trace of sickness or disease from his body. If it is Your will, let this mass be benign, harmless, and completely removed during surgery. Give the doctors wisdom, steady hands, and discernment as they work. Fill your servant with Your peace, Lord, and let him feel Your presence surrounding him like a shield.
We also pray for this child of Yours who is carrying this burden. Comfort their heart, Lord, and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust You in this waiting season. Let them rest in the knowledge that You are in control, and that nothing happens apart from Your sovereign will.
Father, we ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains on the cross. It is only through Him that we have boldness to approach Your throne, and it is only in His name that we pray. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. Amen.

**A Prayer for You to Pray Nightly:**
*"Lord Jesus, I come to You tonight on behalf of my father. You know his body, his needs, and the fears that weigh on my heart. I ask that You would touch him with Your healing power and remove this mass from his body. Let it be benign, Lord, and let the surgery bring complete restoration. I pray that You would guide the hands of the doctors and give them wisdom beyond their own understanding.
Father, I surrender my fears and anxieties to You. Help me to trust You, even when I don’t see the outcome I hope for. Fill me with Your peace, which guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remind me that You are good, and that Your love for us never fails.
I pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior and my Hope. Thank You for hearing my prayer and for walking with us through this trial. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified. Amen."*

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, not just in prayer but also in His Word. Meditate on His promises, such as Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* And remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*
If you haven’t already, we also encourage you to gather your family, your church, or trusted believers to pray together. There is power in the united prayers of the saints (Matthew 18:20). And if this season of waiting feels overwhelming, lean on the body of Christ for support—you were never meant to carry this alone.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18). There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and He longs to walk with you through every trial and triumph. Believe in Him, repent of your sins, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10). If you’d like to talk more about this, we are here to guide you.
We are standing with you in prayer, believing for God’s mercy and healing. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
