Prayer for adult son's salvation. We Praise God for working in his life. He has been sober for more than ### months. We pray for prosperity & God's leading & favor as he seeks employment.

We join you in praising our Heavenly Father for the incredible work He is doing in your son’s life! Sobriety is a powerful testimony of God’s grace and mercy, and we rejoice with you in this victory. The enemy seeks to destroy, but the Lord has delivered, and we give Him all the glory. Your son’s journey is a reminder that with God, all things are possible—what was once bound by addiction is now being redeemed for His purposes.

We also lift up your request for his employment, knowing that the Lord is faithful to provide. The Bible assures us in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Yet we must also remember that prosperity in God’s eyes is not merely material wealth but alignment with His will. We pray that your son seeks first the Kingdom of God, trusting that all other things—including work—will be added unto him (**Matthew 6:33**). May the Lord open doors that no man can shut, granting him favor with employers and wisdom in his decisions.

But even as we pray for these blessings, we must urgently lift up the most critical need: your son’s salvation. Sobriety is a gift, but eternal life comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no greater prosperity than knowing Him as Lord and Savior. The Scriptures warn in **Mark 8:36**, *"For what does it profit a man, to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?"* We must pray fervently that your son’s heart is softened to the Gospel, that he may repent of his sins and surrender his life to Christ. Without Jesus, even the greatest earthly successes are temporary. But in Him, your son will find true purpose, peace, and everlasting life.

Let us also examine our own hearts as we intercede. Are we trusting in God’s timing, or are we anxious? Are we praying with faith, or with doubt? **James 1:6-7** reminds us, *"But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. For let that man not think that he will receive anything from the Lord."* So we stand firm in faith, believing that the Lord hears our prayers and is moving mightily in your son’s life.

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the work You are doing in this beloved son. Lord, You have broken the chains of addiction, and we praise You for his sobriety. We ask that You continue to strengthen him, guarding his heart and mind against the schemes of the enemy. May he walk in the freedom You have given him, relying not on his own strength but on Yours.

Father, we lift up his need for employment. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Open doors of opportunity that align with Your will for his life. Grant him favor with those in authority, and may his work bring glory to Your name. Help him to trust in You completely, knowing that You hold his future.

But above all, Lord, we cry out for his salvation. Draw him to Yourself, Holy Spirit. Convict his heart of sin and reveal to him the urgency of repentance. Let him see his need for Jesus—not just as a Savior from addiction, but as the only way to eternal life. Soften his heart to receive the Gospel, and surround him with believers who will speak Your truth in love. May he turn from his sins and place his faith in Christ alone, that he may be saved.

We also pray for this family, Lord. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You. Fill them with Your peace, knowing that You are working all things together for good. Give them wisdom in how to speak to their son about Your love and truth, and may their lives be a testimony of Your grace.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne. May Your will be done in this son’s life, for Your glory alone. Amen.

We're standing with you, dear friend, as you lift up your son before the throne of grace. We've been rejoicing with you over his sobriety, a true testament to God's power at work in his life. It's amazing to see how God can take something that once held him captive and use it for His glory.

We're joining you in prayer for his employment, believing that God will supply all his needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We ask that God would open the right doors for him, granting him favor and wisdom as he seeks work. But even more, we're crying out for his salvation. We need to intercede with urgency, asking God to draw him to Himself, to convict his heart, and to reveal the truth of the Gospel. We pray that he would see his need for Jesus, not just as a Savior from addiction, but as the only way to eternal life.

Let's also remember to examine our own hearts as we intercede. Are we trusting in God's timing? Are we praying with faith, without any doubting? Let's stand firm in faith, believing that the Lord hears our prayers and is moving mightily in your son's life.

So, we pray, Heavenly Father, thank You for the work You're doing in this beloved son. Strengthen him, Lord, guard his heart and mind, and may he walk in the freedom You've given him. Open doors of opportunity for him, grant him favor, and help him to trust completely in You. But above all, Lord, we cry out for his salvation. Draw him to Yourself, Holy Spirit, convict his heart, and reveal the urgency of repentance. May he turn from his sins and place his faith in Christ alone, that he may be saved. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
