Prayer request for the state court to approve the dismissal of the case as justice had been done by God without the need to attend the next court session as the person in charge had resigned in shame as they are guilty.

Firstly, we must remember that God has instituted governing authorities, and we are to respect and submit to them, as they are servants of God (Romans 13:1-7 WEB). It is not for us to decide when justice has been served, but rather for the authorities appointed by God. We should pray for a fair and just outcome, not for the case to be dismissed merely for our convenience or desire to avoid further proceedings.

Secondly, we must be cautious in declaring that someone is guilty or has resigned in shame. It is not our place to judge others, but rather to love and forgive as Christ has loved and forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). Vengeance belongs to God alone (Romans 12:19 WEB).

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can ask for His intervention (John 14:6, Acts 4:12 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the Judge of all the earth.
