We come before the Lord with this request, seeking His divine favor and guidance concerning the upcoming online interview. Heavenly Father, we know that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us, and we trust in Your perfect timing and plan. Lord, we ask that You would go before this interview, preparing the hearts and minds of those involved. May the technology work seamlessly, free from glitches or interruptions, so that the focus remains on the purpose You have set before this moment.
Father, we pray for clarity of thought and wisdom for the one facing this interview. Let Your Spirit guide their words, that they may speak with confidence and humility, reflecting the gifts and talents You have bestowed upon them. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). We claim this promise, Lord, and ask that You grant wisdom abundantly in this situation.
We also lift up those who will be conducting the interview. May they recognize the value and potential in the one being interviewed, and may Your favor rest upon this interaction. Let this opportunity be a stepping stone toward the plans You have for their future, whether it be for employment, ministry, or another purpose aligned with Your will.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to creep in. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this interview will be held in peace, free from distractions, and filled with Your presence. May the outcome bring glory to Your name and further Your kingdom.

There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is by His sacrifice that we are made righteous before You. If there is anyone reading this who has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that they would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13). May this truth resonate in their heart today.
