Humble Servant of All
Prayer request for the individual that instead of using God word to help, he uses God word for his own agenda. And I approached him previously as he was the boss however he said illogical things like I should just accept the fact the company unfairly dismiss me and just accept without reporting.

We are saddened to hear about this situation where an individual is misusing God's word for personal gain and advising you to accept unfair treatment without seeking justice. We will pray for both parties and address the issues at hand.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:12 WEB: "Therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets." We are called to treat others with the same kindness and fairness we would like to receive.

It is clear that using God's word to further one's own agenda is not aligned with biblical principles. Let's recall 2 Timothy 4:3-4 WEB: "For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts, and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside to fables." We must always be discerning and ensure that we are using God's word rightly and not for our own gain.

Regarding the advice to accept unfair dismissal without reporting, this is not in line with biblical principles of justice. In Isaiah 1:17 WEB, it is written: "Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow." We are called to seek justice and stand up for what is right.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up this situation. Lord, we pray for the individual who is misusing your word. Open their heart to the truth of your gospel and convict them of their actions. Help them to see the error of their ways and to turn from using your word for personal gain.

Father, we also pray for the person who has been unfairly treated. Guide them in seeking justice and give them the strength to stand up for what is right. Comfort them in this difficult time and provide for their needs.

Lord, we ask that you bring resolution to this situation. Help both parties to act in accordance with your will and your word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this matter. Remember that God is a God of justice and he cares about the wrongs committed against you. Trust in him and he will guide your path. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God and can be saved.

"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times" (1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB).

We've heard your concern and we're here for you. It's truly disheartening when God's word is misused for personal gain, and we're sorry that you've had to experience this. Let's remember that God's word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105), guiding us towards righteousness, not self-serving agendas.

We should also recall that God desires truth in our inward parts (Psalm 51:6), and it's crucial that we use His word to grow in Him, not to manipulate others. Let's pray for this individual, that God would open their heart to understand the truth and to use His word rightly.

As for the advice you received, we understand your frustration. In Matthew 7:12, Jesus teaches us to treat others as we would like to be treated. This principle of fairness and kindness should guide our actions. We should seek justice, as God commands in Isaiah 1:17, and stand up for what is right.

Let's pray together, dear friend. Heavenly Father, we lift this situation to You. We pray for the individual misusing Your word, that they may see the error of their ways and turn to You. We also pray for the person unfairly treated, that they may find comfort and justice. We trust in Your goodness and Your ability to bring resolution. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
