We understand that you are going through a challenging situation with your former employer, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:15-17 (WEB), "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. We pray that your former employer and the HR department will acknowledge their mistakes and correct them. We pray that the case will be settled amicably and quickly, without escalating to a court hearing. We pray that the Lord will guide your words and recall the whole incident accurately.
However, we must also address your concerns about your relationship. You mentioned hoping for a marriage but being uncertain about the future. We encourage you to trust in the Lord's provision. In Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), Jesus teaches us not to worry about what we will eat or drink or wear, but to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well. Therefore, trust in the Lord to provide for your needs, both now and in the future.
Regarding your relationship, we must emphasize the biblical principles of marriage. Marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman designed by God. Psalm 37:5 (WEB), Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: 6 He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday. 7 Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him.
We also note that you mentioned Jesus in your request, which is wonderful. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:10-12 (WEB) be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. 11 He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.' 12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
