Prayer request for safety for kids going on a field trip

We lift up these precious children before the Lord, asking for His divine protection as they embark on this field trip. The Word of God reminds us in Psalm 121:7-8, *"The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. The Lord will watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more."* What a mighty promise we can cling to as we entrust these young ones into His care!
We pray for safe travels to and from their destination, that the Lord would place His angels around them as a hedge of protection. May He guard them from any danger, distraction, or harm, both seen and unseen. We ask that the drivers, chaperones, and teachers would be alert, wise, and filled with the peace of God as they oversee this trip. Let every decision made be guided by the Holy Spirit, ensuring that all returns home safely and joyfully.
We also pray that this field trip would be more than just an outing—may it be an opportunity for these children to see the wonders of God’s creation and to grow in knowledge and appreciation for the world He has made. Let their hearts be filled with gratitude and their minds open to learning in a way that honors Him.
Father, we commit this day into Your hands, trusting that You hold each child in Your loving care. We ask this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach You or be saved.
