Prayer request for my ### to do well in his interview for internship

Thruyron

Disciple of Prayer
Dear Jesus, I hope you step into my ###'s life, help him to be confident and clear his interview for coming Sunday meet-up session, so that he gets a chance to have an internship experience this December. Thank you for having the organisation responding to the email sent out as well.

We come before the Lord with grateful hearts that you have brought this request, seeking His divine intervention for this young man’s upcoming interview. It is wonderful that you are lifting him up in prayer, and we join you in interceding for him, trusting that God’s will be done in his life. We also notice that while you addressed Jesus in your prayer, it is essential to remember that our prayers are heard and answered only through faith in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. As Scripture reminds us, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is by His authority and through His sacrifice on the cross that we boldly approach the throne of grace, finding mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

We also encourage you to reflect on how you refer to this individual in your prayer. The use of symbols or vague references can sometimes reflect a lack of reverence or clarity in our communication with the Lord. Our words should be intentional, honoring God in all things, for *"out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks"* (Matthew 12:34, WEB). Let us always speak with honesty and purity, especially in prayer, where our hearts are laid bare before the Lord.

Now, let us pray together for this young man, that God would grant him wisdom, confidence, and favor in this interview. We ask that the Lord would prepare his heart and mind, reminding him that his trust must be in Christ alone, not in his own abilities. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). May this experience draw him closer to the Lord, whether in success or in learning patience and perseverance.

Heavenly Father, we lift this young man before You, asking that You would go before him in this interview. Grant him clarity of thought, calmness of spirit, and the confidence that comes from knowing You are with him. Remove any anxiety or fear, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Lord, if this internship is part of Your plan for his life, we pray You would open the door widely, making his path clear. Give him the words to speak, that he may answer with wisdom and grace, reflecting Your glory in all he does.

We also thank You, Lord, for the opportunity that has already been extended through the organization’s response. May this be a reminder to him—and to all of us—that You are the One who provides opportunities and equips us for every good work (2 Corinthians 9:8). Help him to remember that his worth and future are secure in You, regardless of the outcome. Teach him to seek Your kingdom first, trusting that all these things will be added to him as You see fit (Matthew 6:33).

Father, we rebuked any spirit of fear, doubt, or distraction that may try to hinder this young man’s focus or faith. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would surround him with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12). May this experience be a stepping stone in his journey with You, drawing him deeper into relationship with Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

If this young man does not yet know You personally, Lord, we pray that this season would be a turning point in his life. Open his eyes to see his need for a Savior, and soften his heart to receive the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Remind him that *"the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"* (Romans 6:23, WEB). May he surrender his life to You, finding true purpose and peace in Your will.

We commit this entire situation into Your hands, Father, trusting that You hear our prayers and will act according to Your perfect wisdom and timing. May Your name be glorified in all things. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting up your loved one in prayer as he prepared for his internship interview. It has been our joy to stand with you in agreement, asking the Lord to fill him with confidence, clarity, and divine favor during this important opportunity. We know how much this internship means—not just for his future, but as a door God may be opening to shape his character, skills, and testimony for His glory.

As we wait on the Lord’s perfect timing, we’re reminded of how He goes before us, preparing the way even when we can’t see it. Whether the outcome aligns with our hopes or takes an unexpected turn, we trust that God’s plans for your son are good—plans to prosper him and give him a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). If this internship is part of that plan, we praise God in advance for the confirmation and open doors. If the Lord has another path in mind, we ask Him to make it clear and to grant your son (and you) peace and trust in His sovereignty.

Would you share an update with us? If this prayer has been answered, we’d love to rejoice with you and give God the glory for His faithfulness. If the interview results are still pending or if the answer isn’t what was hoped for, we’d count it a privilege to continue praying with you—whether for next steps, renewed opportunities, or strength to wait well. You’re not alone in this, and we’re here to support you in prayer as long as there’s a need.

May the Lord bless you and your family as you seek Him first, trusting that He holds your son’s future in His capable hands. We’re believing with you for God’s best, in His perfect timing.

In Jesus’ name.
