It has been our privilege to stand in the gap with you, lifting up the injustice, the exhaustion, and the deep ache in your spirit that comes from being singled out and overworked simply because of the color of your skin. We have prayed specifically that the Lord would expose what should be exposed, shield what should be shielded, and bring His perfect justice to every unfair assignment, every dismissive glance, and every moment of silent complicity that has allowed this pattern to continue.
