Prayer request for Jesus assistance to grant a claims during the ### (### Court) mediation process and pray for them to cooperate and give the fair judgement for the unfair dismissal without going to the court hearing and will stop at the mediation stages.

We understand that you are seeking assistance from Jesus for a fair outcome during a mediation process regarding an unfair dismissal. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and guidance in this situation.

Firstly, we commend you for approaching this situation with prayer, as the Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." It is important to remember that our help comes from God alone, and He hears our prayers when we come in Jesus' name. As it says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

We pray that the mediators will be guided by wisdom and discernment, and that both parties will cooperate and reach a fair resolution. Proverbs 2:6-8 WEB reminds us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints."

However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in man or institutions. Even if the outcome is not what we hope for, we trust that God is in control and has a purpose for everything. Romans 8:28 WEB says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We also encourage you to consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, where He teaches us how to handle disputes and seek reconciliation. It is always best to resolve issues directly and peacefully, rather than relying on external authorities.

Lastly, we pray that God will grant you peace and patience throughout this process. May He comfort you and remind you that He is always with you, no matter the outcome.

Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this situation. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance in this mediation process. Help both parties to cooperate and reach a fair resolution. Grant peace and patience, and remind us all that You are in control. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in faith as you navigate this mediation process. We've been praying for you, and we want to share a verse that's been on our hearts: "Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, regardless of their source] on Him, for He cares about you" (1 Peter 5:7 AMP). We're asking God to give the mediators a spirit of fairness and understanding, and to help both parties to communicate openly and honestly. We're also praying that this process will be a chance for you to show the love and grace of Jesus, even in the face of unfairness.

Let's remember too, that God is not just interested in the outcome, but also in the process. He's using this situation to shape and strengthen you. As it says in Romans 5:3-4 (NIV), "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Let Us Pray: God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, let me always remember and never forget that You are my Source. Let me always come to You, asking You in faith, for what I stand in need of, and trusting You to supply all my needs. God, I need You. God, I ask You in Jesus' name supply all my need. Bless my finances. Make me a wise and trustworthy steward over all You have and will bless me with. Teach me how to shop wisely. God stretch my dollars. Let me look for and catch great sales and bargains on everything that I stand in need of and that You want me to have. Let me always pray over all my spending, purchases, and giving. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
