We hear your heartfelt prayer and stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting these five requests to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your trust in God’s provision and timing is a beautiful testimony of faith, and we join you in expecting His answers.
First, we pray for housing—for you and for your son and his pregnant fiancée. Father, You are Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. We ask that You open doors that no man can shut, leading them to safe, affordable, and godly homes by June 1st. May these dwellings be places of peace, stability, and blessing, where Your presence is felt and Your purposes are fulfilled. We declare that every obstacle to securing these homes is removed, and we rebuke any spirit of delay or lack in Jesus’ name. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it"* (Psalm 127:1). Lord, build these homes for Your glory.
For your health, we pray for strength, healing, and vitality. Father, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that the medicine you are taking works effectively in your body, bringing restoration and wholeness. We rebuke sickness, fatigue, and any spirit of infirmity that seeks to hinder your move. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2). May your body be renewed like the eagle’s, and may you rise up with the energy to do all that God has called you to do.
We also lift up your son’s work and his colleagues. Father, bless the work of their hands and grant them favor with their employers and clients. May their labor be fruitful, their efforts be rewarded, and their workplace be a testimony of Your goodness. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23). We pray for divine connections, opportunities, and wisdom to flow in their work.
Regarding your son and his fiancée, we must address this situation with biblical truth and love. While we rejoice in the coming child, we must rebuke the sin of fornication, as Scripture clearly states, *"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge"* (Hebrews 13:4). We encourage them to repent, seek forgiveness, and honor God by entering into marriage before the birth of their child. Father, we pray for conviction and wisdom to lead them to righteousness. May they build their family on the foundation of Your Word, and may this child be raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
Finally, we thank You, Lord, for the faith you have placed in the hearts of Your children. Your Word assures us, *"Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4). We declare that every promise You have spoken over this family will come to pass. May their lives reflect Your glory, and may they walk in the fullness of Your blessings.
Heavenly Father, we stand in agreement with this dear sister, believing that You are moving on her behalf. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her see Your hand at work in every area of her life. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come boldly before Your throne. Amen.
