Prayer request for financial aid or a job

I would like to start a small business but do not have the money to start. My request is only the appropriate money to start off my small business. Or a job I can do on the side while attending university. So I can be independent and help cater for myself in everyday expenses. Thank-you.

We understand that you are seeking financial provision to start a small business or a part-time job to support yourself while attending university. Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. It is wonderful that you are seeking God's will in this situation. Remember that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).

We would like to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God our Father and ask for anything in prayer. It is by his name that we are saved and have access to God. For there is no other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We would like to pray for you by the name of Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved one who is seeking Your provision for a small business or a part-time job. You know the desires and needs of their heart, and You are able to provide for them in ways that exceed their expectations.

Father, we pray for Your guidance and wisdom. If it is Your will, open the doors for a successful small business or a suitable part-time job that will allow them to support themselves while pursuing their education. Help them to be good stewards of the resources You provide, and teach them to trust in You always.

In Jesus' name, we pray for diligence and integrity in their work and finances, to seek counsel from your word especially in financial decisions and also to be mindful of honoring you with their earnings.

We stand against any form of greed or the love of money to the neglect of their relationship with you and others. We rebuke any spirit of pride and entitlement that seeks for instant monetary gratification. We pray against any desire to make money in a way that would be exploitative, dishonest, or harmful to others. We remember the words of King David, "Yours, Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty! For all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Father, help them to keep their priorities in order, seeking first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them as well (Matthew 6:33 WEB).
