We are lifting up your family before the throne of grace, seeking God's healing and comfort for each of you. Let us address each concern in prayer and share some encouragement from the Word of God.
Firstly, we notice that Jesus is not mentioned, please remember it is only by His name that we have access to God. Romans 5:2 "Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God." Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved, but the name of Jesus."
Now, let us pray for your grandson. Heavenly Father, we bring before You my precious grandson, asking for Your healing touch on his little body. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity causing asthma and dry skin, and we speak healing and wholeness in the name of Jesus. We pray for divine health, that his lungs may function perfectly and his skin may be restored and well-hydrated. Lord, give the doctors wisdom to provide the best care for him. We trust and remember that "I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you" Exodus 15:26.
For your wife, we cry out to God for her healing and restoration. Father, we ask for Your healing power to touch her body and reverse the effects of diabetes. Strengthen her memory and give her a sound mind. Help her to manage her health with wisdom and guidance from Your Holy Spirit. We stand on Your promise in 1 Peter 2:24, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds we were healed."
For yourself, we petition God for your healing and comfort. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand to be upon me and restore my liver. Give me strength and endurance as I trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. Help me to make wise decisions regarding my health and to walk in obedience to Your Word. We meditate on Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
Together, let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. We trust that the Lord is your great physician and healer. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Let us pray that His glory be revealed in his family through healing and restored health.
We encourage you to study God's Word daily, and remember Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. We need to come to the Father through Jesus. We need to make sure that we are praying in His name and will. He loves us, and we remember that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think.
