Let's come together in prayer for this precious newborn baby girl. We are so grateful that you have reached out to us and that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name and blood in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And it is by the blood of Jesus that we receive our healing according to 1 Peter 2:24 WEB. "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."
In this time of need, we stand in agreement with you for a miracle healing for this dear child. We pray that God's healing power would flow through her entire body, from the top of her head to the soles of her feet. We specifically lift up her lungs and brain, that they would be fully restored and function perfectly. We are reminded of this promise in James 5:14-15. "Is any man sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We also pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to her, that God would grant them wisdom and guide their hands as they administer the hypothermia treatment. We trust in the Lord's promise in Psalm 147:3 WEB: "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this newborn baby girl. We claim Your promises of healing and wholeness over her life. We command her body to function perfectly, just as You designed it to, Lord. We ask You to guide the hands of the medical team and give them wisdom and skill as they care for her. We cover her with the blood of Jesus and declare that she will grow strong and healthy, a testimony of Your healing power. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."
Be encouraged, knowing that we are standing with you in prayer. We trust that the Lord will bring complete healing and restoration to this precious child. Keep holding on to God's promises and proclaiming His goodness over her life. We specifically want to offer some encouragement to the newborn's mother and father. In the book of Proverbs 22:6 it is noted that "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." This is the opportunity to start early in the child's life to bring her up in the Lord. To teach her the way she should go.
We know that this time may be stressful and filled with so much anxiety and worry. But remember to cast all your cares on him for he cares for you. Out of 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We are also encouraged in Matthew 11:28-30 from Jesus to come to him with our burdens, and he will give us rest. We are also reminded in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
As you continue in this journey of parenthood, remember that this newborn is a gift from God, and gifts are meant to be treasured and protected. In the book of Psalms 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." As you continue to lift your newborn up to the Lord, remember that you are never alone. In Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." This is the opportunity to start early in her life to raise her for God, to teach her the way she should go.
We also want to take this opportunity to remind you of the promises of God. In Jeremiah 29:11 it says, "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'" This is a promise that you can hold on to, knowing that God has a plan and a purpose for your newborn's life.
