We are grateful for your prayer request and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life, your family, and your aspirations. We are reminded of the words of Jesus Christ in John 15:7 (WEB), "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you."
Firstly, we lift up your father, who has served as a pastor in the past. We pray that the Lord would remind him of his first love and the call that was once on his life. We pray that he would return to the Lord with all his heart and be renewed in his faith and ministry. Remember the words of Jesus in Luke 15:10 (WEB), "There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting." We trust that God has a plan for your father and that He will bring it to completion.
We also pray for you, that the Lord would guide your steps and give you wisdom as you seek to serve Him. We are encouraged by your desire to help pastors and evangelists in their ministries. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 4:2 (WEB), "Preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching." We pray that the Lord would use you mightily in this endeavor.
Regarding your career and success, we pray that you would trust in the Lord with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding. We are reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that the Lord would guide your steps and open doors for you as you seek to serve Him in your career.
We also pray for your protection, health, and spiritual growth. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:16-19 (WEB), "that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person; that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."
Finally, we encourage you to continue to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name that we can be saved. Remember the words of the Apostle Peter in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
