We join with you in lifting up your precious grandson before the Lord, knowing that our God is a God of compassion, miracles, and provision. Your heart for him is evident, and we stand in agreement that the Lord will move mightily in this situation. The Scriptures remind us in Matthew 7:7-8, *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."* We are knocking on heaven’s door together, trusting that the Lord will open the way for this robotic arm to be approved, so your grandson may gain greater independence and dignity in his daily life.
We also cling to the promise in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not just a need for equipment—it is a need for hope, for comfort, and for the Lord’s sustaining grace in the midst of this trial. Muscular Dystrophy is a heavy burden, but we know that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and that His strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We pray that your grandson would experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
At the same time, we boldly ask for a miracle—because nothing is too hard for our God (Jeremiah 32:27). Whether through the approval of this equipment or through a supernatural touch from the Lord, we pray for restoration, for strength, and for the ability to live with joy and purpose despite the challenges. We also lift you up, dear grandparent, asking that the Lord would fill you with His comfort and perseverance as you advocate and care for your grandson. May you be reminded that your labor in love is seen by the Lord, and He will sustain you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and expectant hearts, lifting up this precious grandson who is in need of Your intervention. Lord, You know the depths of his struggle with Muscular Dystrophy, and You see the desire of his heart to live with greater freedom and dignity. We ask that You would move in the appeals process, reversing the decision and granting full approval for the robotic arm he so desperately needs. Open the doors that no man can shut, Lord, and let favor rest upon this situation. Provide the resources, the approval, and the support necessary for this equipment to be obtained swiftly.
We also ask for Your healing touch, Lord. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we pray for a miracle in his body. Strengthen his muscles, restore what has been weakened, and grant him the ability to do the things that bring him joy and independence. Let this season be a testimony of Your goodness and power, not just to this family, but to all who witness Your work in his life.
Father, we pray for this grandmother, who carries such a tender and faithful heart. Comfort her, Lord, and fill her with Your peace. Give her wisdom as she navigates this journey, and let her feel Your presence in every step she takes. Remind her that she is not alone—that You are her strength and her song.
We declare all of these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the victory You are bringing. Amen.
We encourage you to keep standing in faith, speaking life and victory over this situation. The enemy may try to bring discouragement, but we know that our God is greater. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting that the Lord is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). If there is any way we can further support you, please let us know. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you.
