Just feeling like I am having nervous break down, Not sure what it is ...

I'm feeling the same…. I'll pray for both of us.  Heavenly Father, we bring before You our nervous system and pray that You would touch it and bring the nerves to rest. We also pray for strength to be renewed and healed. We pray to teach us which foods to eat to replenish the vitamins and minerals in our body who have an influence on our well being. We pray for complete healing Father, in Jesus Mighty Name. amen
