Father Lord i thank you for your blessings and kindness you have shown to me time and time again. Your works are amazing Lord, the way you chastize me, and mould me. As a rough diamond, you gradually sharpen my edges so that you may use me for your purpose later on. I observed that the next thing that you intend to change is my thought life. I thank you for opening my eyes to this and giving me a chance to study on my thought life and make certain decisions and declarations. I thank you also for teaching me what to do whenever I am being tested or convicted. I wasted two days doing nothing when i was convicted. But now I know that I have to run to the books and study the topic in and out. Learn or re-learn everything. Decide on how the word of God could be applied to my life and ask for guidance and help. Father, even though my m.d studies are important and people are expecting great things, I want to prioritize my spiritual development and maturity because that will direct me to your will. I think you are calling me for greater things than me just being a top student in the country and getting a one page newspaper article talking about me. As good as it looks, i think examination results are highly overrated, and what I need to build now are things that will help me for the future. All I need to abide to, now is that life is a test, life is a trust and life is a temporary assignment. Father i ask for forgiveness and maturation in all areas that i failed. I believe that the blood of Jesus is sufficient to cleanse everything and help me write a new chapter of my growth in Christ everyday. Father I am in a battle against wrong thoughts. I ask for your guidance and help by the Holy Spirit to fight and win this battle. I thus trust everything in your hands dear Lord. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
