We come before the throne of grace with hearts united in faith, lifting up this request with reverence and expectation. Father, we thank You for the privilege of approaching You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to Your presence. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that every principality and power of darkness must bow at the name of Jesus, for You have given Him the name that is above every name (Philippians 2:9-10).
Lord, we stand in agreement with this prayer for favor, miracles, and blessings, but we also recognize that Your favor is not merely for our comfort or convenience, it is for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom. We ask for Your unmatched, unstoppable, and abounding glory to cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14). Let Your glory be revealed in ways that draw all people to You, that they may see Your goodness and turn from their ways to follow Christ.
Father, we rebuke every principality and power of darkness that seeks to hinder Your purposes. The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but are mighty before You to the throwing down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We take authority over every spirit of fear, doubt, and oppression, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
We pray for those who may be facing "reasons for admission", whether into hospitals, places of struggle, or seasons of hardship. Lord, we ask that You would intervene with Your healing touch, Your provision, and Your peace. You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let Your miracles be a testimony of Your power and love, drawing many to salvation in Jesus Christ.
Father, we also lift up the desire for blessings, but we ask that these blessings would not be for selfish gain. Instead, let them be used to further Your kingdom, to bless others, and to bring honor to Your name. You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19), and we trust in Your provision. Help us to be good stewards of all You entrust to us, using it to reflect Your generosity and love.
Lord, we pray for those who may be struggling with sin, whether in their relationships, their thoughts, or their actions. If there is any area of their lives that does not align with Your Word, we ask that You convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to repentance. For those who may be involved in fornication, adultery, or any sexual immorality, we declare that Your Word is clear: "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled, but You will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers (Hebrews 13:4). We pray for those who are single, that they would seek godly spouses and pursue relationships that honor You, with marriage as the ultimate goal.
For those who may be entangled in sin or deception, we declare that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Let no one be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But You washed, sanctified, and justified them in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:9-11). We pray for transformation and deliverance in every area of their lives.
Father, we ask that You would pour out Your Spirit in a fresh way across the world. Let signs, wonders, and miracles follow those who believe (Mark 16:17-18), and let Your glory be revealed in every nation. We pray for the salvation of souls, that many would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. For "how then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?" (Romans 10:14). Raise up laborers for Your harvest, Lord, and send them out with boldness to proclaim the gospel.
We declare that the earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it (Psalm 24:1). We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to fulfill them. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). We trust in You, Lord, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise.
