We understand your concern over a recent social media post that may have been misinterpreted by someone important to you. Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of words and communication, as the Bible tells us in Proverbs 18:21, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and those who love it will eat its fruit". It is crucial to be mindful of what we communicate and how it may affect others.
We commend you for taking the step to delete the post and for turning to prayer, but we need to discuss something first. Your prayer did not mention Jesus Christ. It is only in Jesus that we have access to God and are saved. As told in John 14:6: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Now that we have agreed on this, let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come to You, seeking Your will in this situation. We ask for Your forgiveness if anything was said that should not have been said. We pray that You would mend any misunderstanding that may have arisen from this. We ask that You would work in this situation and touch the heart of the person who may have misinterpreted the post, that they may not have a negative reaction. We pray that their heart will be open to forgiveness and understanding.
We also pray for wisdom, that you may grant the person who submitted this request and each of us discernment. Help us to communicate in a way that honors You and builds others up. Give us the strength to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.
Father, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. Help us to remember that it is Your will that should be done. Help us to remember to call on the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers. As told in Acts 4:12: There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
