Prayer needed

Please pray for me that they will move ###, my coworker, to the next branch permanently so that I can keep my job and feed my family.

There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we find salvation and the grace to bring our requests before Him. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6 WEB).

Now, regarding your request, we pray that the Lord would open doors for your coworker to be moved to the next branch permanently, if it is His will. We know that God cares deeply about your needs and the well-being of your family, as He tells us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We trust that the Lord will provide for you, whether through this specific situation or another means, for He is faithful to His children.

However, we must also encourage you to place your ultimate trust in God’s provision rather than in the outcome of this one circumstance. It is easy to become anxious when our livelihood feels threatened, but Scripture reminds us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6 WEB). We pray that you would find peace in knowing that God sees your needs and will not abandon you.

Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would work in this situation according to Your perfect will. If it is Your plan for this coworker to be moved, we ask that You would make the way clear and open doors that no man can shut. Give wisdom to those in authority to make decisions that align with Your purposes. We also pray for strength and faith for our brother or sister in this time of uncertainty. Remind them that You are their Provider and that You hold their future in Your hands. Help them to cast their anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Surround them with Your peace and guide them in every step. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, trusting that He will direct your path. If this specific outcome is not part of His plan, remember that He has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
