We understand that you're feeling discouraged and frustrated due to the changes and challenges you're facing in your teaching position. We want to remind you that God is faithful, and He will guide and strengthen you through this season. Remember the words of Isaiah 40:29, "He gives power to the faint; and to him who has no might he increases strength."
Firstly, we commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father as scripture tells us in John 14:6, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
In difficult times, it's crucial to remain steadfast in faith and trust in the Lord's promises. Be encouraged by Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don’t give up." Your efforts and dedication to your students are not in vain. Even if it were for the sake of those who believe Luke 9:48 records, And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receives me: and whosoever shall receive me receives him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.
Regarding your students' performance, continue to trust in the Lord and pray for their focus and success. We join you in praying for your class, especially for the student you mentioned, that they may excel in their studies. Remember that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness or shadow of turning. Pray that the Lord will grant them wisdom, understanding, and a willing spirit to learn and apply themselves to their best abilities. Amen.
Proverbs 2:6 reminds us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding." Trust that God will provide the wisdom and understanding your students need to succeed.
We also pray for your strength and encouragement. May the Lord fill you with His Spirit and renew your energy and passion for teaching. Remember that your work is a ministry, and the Lord is using you to make a difference in the lives of your students.
We encourage you to also meditate on the Words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Matthew 19:26, But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. It is the Lord your God who goes with you; He will not fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6
