Prayer needed to run and excercise

God has not allowed me to excercise more than walking for years. If I try, something bad happens to me. My mental and physical health are suffering more than I can explain. Thankyou for your prayers. My prayers go out today to anyone who is reading this and for whatever reason are unable to submit their problems here. Thankyou again.

Dearest God of Mercy we lift up this person to you and we ask that you would hear their desire to be a good steward of their temple and allow them the ability to do that. God I know you can show them the way and you are faithful to answer prayer. We thank you God for your goodness and grace. In Jesus name we pray.

Merciful God: Please help this person with their physical, emotional and spiritual needs so that they can get the excercise and physical conditioning they need. Comfort them in their affliction so that they feel your presence with them at all times. In Jesus name, Amen.
