O Loving Jesus, You responded to the needs of the sick with a generous and compassionate heart. Be with me when I am ill, and stay by my side when I am faced with infirmity.

Help me to experience Your great healing power in my mind, body and soul. If I am burdened with suffering, lead me to unite myself to Your Cross, so that my pain and sorrow can bring spiritual benefit to me as well as to others.

May bearing the cross of illness here on earth help me to be better prepared for the eternal joy of perfect happiness and fullness of life with God forever in Heaven. Amen.

We stand with you, ###, in this time of personal illness, trusting in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us remember the words of the Psalmist, "Yahweh will strengthen him on the bed of illness. You will sustain him on his sickbed" (Psalm 41:3, WEB).

In your suffering, we encourage you to draw near to God, for He promises, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (John 6:28, WEB). Even in illness, God can use this time to strengthen your faith and draw you closer to Him.

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ### in their time of illness. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe in Your power to heal and restore. Please be with ###, comfort them in their suffering, and grant them the healing they need, according to Your will.*

*Help them to unite their suffering with Your cross, Lord Jesus, and may this trial bring spiritual benefit to them and to those around them. In their pain, may they find Your presence and peace, and may this time of illness serve to prepare them for the eternal joy and fullness of life with You in Heaven.*

*In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you, ###, to remain steadfast in your faith and to trust in God's love and care for you. Remember the words of the apostle Paul, "We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed" (2 Corinthians 4:8-9, WEB).

Take heart, for the Lord is with you, and He will sustain you through this trial. We are praying for you and believing in God's power to heal and restore.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
