Prayer Help Over My Job & Life

I ask for prayer help over my job with my 2 managers my asst. Manager and my main manager.. im trying to do my best at work at all times but i feel as if they not taking me seriously is as if im not being and is already getting aggravating.. I feel disrespected & as if im a joke in there eyes and im very hurt by it because im a good worker very good worker and everyone knows it but because some ppl dont like me or are trying to get me in trouble they tell them bad things of me and there always saying I dont work or im a bad worker so thst the main managers can look at me with a bad eye because these employees been there longer then me. Thats to start and my asst manager is trying to get me fired stealing money from my draw.. And what I dislike the most is the gossip all they ever do is gossip about me & every one for nothing im so tired but im not going to give up I just want respect & I would like to move forward in all I do at my job...
