We also recognize the special bond between your husband and this kitten, Lord. You have designed animals to bring comfort, companionship, and even emotional support to us, as seen in Proverbs 12:10, *"A righteous man respects the life of his animal."* We pray that this little one would be strengthened not only physically but also in the role You have given him in your family. Grant wisdom to you both as you seek to provide the best care possible while separated from your vet. May the Holy Spirit lead you in decisions about his diet, hydration, and any other needs he may have during this time.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold in this situation. Your Word reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We declare that peace and clarity will reign in this circumstance, and that you will provide the resources and support needed to care for this kitten. We also ask that You would draw near to your husband, who relies on this pet for support, and remind him of Your constant presence and love.
Father, we know that all healing comes from You, and we submit this situation into Your hands. Whether You choose to heal this kitten instantly or guide him through a process of recovery, we trust in Your goodness and sovereignty.
