We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother’s health and your family’s financial struggles. The weight of these burdens is great, but our God is greater, and His mercy endures forever. We stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord hears the cries of His children and moves mightily on their behalf.
First, we lift up your mother’s health, specifically her battle with fatty liver grade 2. Father, we know that Your word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We claim this promise over her life, Lord. You are the Great Physician, the One who knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). We ask that You touch her liver, restore its function, and bring complete healing. Give her the strength to follow any medical guidance, and grant wisdom to her doctors. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and declare that her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Help her to honor You with her body through nourishment, rest, and trust in Your healing power.
We also bring your financial struggles before the Lord. The anxiety of unpaid debts and the lack of steady income can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and who promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide a job, a source of income, or a divine intervention that will bring stability to your household. Give you and your family the wisdom to steward resources well and the faith to trust in You even when the path forward is unclear. We declare that you will not be put to shame, for the Lord is your provider (Psalm 37:25).
We also sense the deep grief in your words over the loss of your father. The pain of losing a parent is profound, and we pray that the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3-4) would wrap His arms around you and your mother. Father, strengthen their hearts and remind them that their loved one is now in Your presence, free from pain and sorrow. Help them to find hope in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ (John 3:16). May they lean on You as their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
In all these things, we are reminded that our hope is not in circumstances but in Christ Jesus. You have called upon His name, and that is the name above all names—the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain, heal every disease, and provide for every need. We encourage you to hold fast to His promises and to walk in obedience to His word. If there are areas where sin has crept in—whether in bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear—we urge you to confess them and receive His forgiveness (1 John 1:9). The enemy would love to use these struggles to steal your peace, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and expectation. We thank You that You are our healer, our provider, and our comforter. Lord, we lift up this dear sister’s mother to You. Touch her body, restore her liver, and bring complete healing. Let her testimony be one of Your miraculous power and unfailing love. Father, we also pray for financial breakthrough. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. Give this family wisdom to manage what You provide and faith to trust You in every season.
Lord, we ask that You comfort this family in their grief. Remind them of the hope they have in Christ Jesus and the promise of eternal life. Strengthen their hearts and draw them closer to You. Help them to walk in obedience, to forgive, and to release any burdens they are carrying. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name that is above every name, the name that brings healing, provision, and salvation. May Your will be done in their lives, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.
Continue to stand on God’s promises, dear one. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will not leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
