We are truly sorry to hear about your grandmother's condition, and we are here to stand with you in prayer. We believe that God has the power to heal and restore, and that He hears the prayers of His people.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God encourages us to come to Him in prayer, as it is written in James 5:14-15: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We also want to encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Acts 4:12: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ### and his grandmother. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You stretch forth Your healing hand upon her, healing her of pneumonia and dementia. Give her doctors wisdom and guidance, and give her family strength and comfort during this time. Lord, we know that You are able to move mountains, and we ask that You move this mountain of sickness in her life.
We also pray for ###, that You would fill him with Your peace and strength, and that You would draw him closer to You during this time. Help him to trust in You and to know that You are in control of all things.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, and know that we are standing with you in prayer. Trust in the Lord, and know that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). Keep praying and believing, and remember that God is faithful.
